These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Keyword Alerts service ("Service"), delivered through the Telegram bot @bhuvan_autoforwarder_bot and this website. By starting the bot or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Keyword Alerts monitors public Telegram channels that you choose and notifies you when a post matches the keywords you set. We access only publicly available channel previews (the same content visible at t.me/s/<channel>). We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Your Telegram account identifies you to the Service. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only to monitor channels you are lawfully permitted to read.
• Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Plans & payments

A free tier and a paid Premium plan are offered. Premium costs ₹149 and grants 30 days of access. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Access is prepaid and does not auto-renew — you choose whether to pay again after your period ends.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Telegram may change or restrict access to public previews at any time, which can affect delivery. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
