Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Keyword Alerts Premium plan. By purchasing Premium, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of the plan
Premium is a prepaid digital subscription priced at ₹149 that grants 30 days of access to higher limits and faster checks. Access is delivered instantly inside the Telegram bot once payment is confirmed. The plan does not auto-renew.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by simply not renewing. Because the plan does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to stop. Your access continues until the end of the 30-day period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
As this is a digital service activated immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we will provide a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same period (duplicate payment).
- You paid but Premium access was not activated due to a fault on our side.
- A verifiable technical failure on our side prevented the Service from working for a significant part of your paid period and we are unable to resolve it.
4. How to request a refund
Email us within 7 days of the payment using the details on our Contact page. Please include your Telegram username and the Razorpay payment reference. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
