This Privacy Policy explains what information the Keyword Alerts service ("we", "us") collects when you use the Telegram bot @bhuvan_autoforwarder_bot and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Telegram account basics: your Telegram user ID and username, used to identify your account and deliver alerts.
Your settings: the public channels and keywords you choose to monitor.
Plan & payment status: your current plan, trial/paid validity dates, and a record that a payment was made.
Public channel content: we read publicly available posts from the channels you add, only to detect keyword matches.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. All payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment processor; we receive only a confirmation of payment status. We do not read your private chats — only the public channel previews you ask us to monitor.

3. How we use your information

To operate the Service — monitor channels and send you matching alerts.
To manage your plan, trial period, and paid access.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your payment information is collected and handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy and security standards. We do not have access to your full payment instrument details.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Telegram, as required to deliver messages; (b) Razorpay, to process payments; and (c) authorities where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; some records (such as payment confirmations) may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. To stop the Service, simply stop the bot or remove your channels and keywords.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
